International Orders
Are international orders trackable and insured?
  Yes, all international orders are insured as well as trackable. A login will be provided through the International Checkout program, enabling customers to view their order history and check the latest status and tracking updates.
Can I import this product?
  We have had great success shipping our products to numerous countries. With experts in customs compliance, we provide all customs documentation required for importation into your country. We also screen for recent restricted merchandise mandates before shipping to your country.
Can I place an international order over the phone?
  Yes. Our Smart Smoke Customer Service Center is available to assist placing orders over the phone. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST. Please dial our 1 (509) 590-2470 to place your international phone order.
How do I pay for duties and import taxes?
  On the International checkout page, a pre-paid Duties and Taxes option will be available. By selecting Yes, the pre-calculated duties and taxes will be added to your order total on the checkout page and you will pay for them when you submit your payment information. By selecting No, duties and taxes will not be added to your order and you will be contacted by your local customs office when your order arrives and they will inform you of the amount and payment options.

Using a coupon/discount on an International Order.
  Unfortunately due to the fact that Smart Smoke absorbs a significant portion of all international shipping and handling fees, we are unable to honor any discounts, coupons, or promotions on International Orders. If a coupon is applied to your Shopping Cart, it will be removed when the International Checkout option is selected.
What are my international shipping charges?
  All shipping charges for orders with an international destination will be calculated during the checkout process.
Do you ship to my country?
  To verify that shipping is available to your country simply add your items to the shopping cart and click the "International Checkout" option. You will then be able to select your international shipping destination.
What are my payment choices?
 
The following payment options are available through the International Checkout option: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Safety Pay, Bank Transfer, PayPal, MoneyGram and AliPay.
When will my international order ship?
  Your order will ship within 1 business day from our Spokane, WA warehouse to GlobalShopex's warehouse in Los Angeles, CA to prepare for international customs. Once  received in their warehouse the order is shipped to your final destination within 24 hours. Once in transit, your order should arrive within 10-15 days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the order has shipped to your destination address.
