PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS NOT ALL ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR
RETURN OR EXCHANGE.




Batteries/Chargers/Non-Oral or Liquid Accessories: These items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if terms and conditions below are met.

Items including but not limited to; Atomizers, SmartCoils™, SmartNic™, SmartCarts™, Belvederes™, Flavor Ups™, Introductory Starter Kits, Clearance Items, and Oral or Liquid Accessories are NOT eligible for return or exchange.



Terms and Conditions: Item(s) qualifying for return/exchange must be presented by the original purchaser at the store from which it was originally purchased. If ordered online or over the phone please contact the Customer Service Center to be issued an RMA number.
Items qualifying for return/exchange must be in like-new and working condition, to be determined by Smart Smoke®. Item(s) must be received and inspected before an return/exchange can be done. Damaged items will not be accepted for return/exchange. Proof of identity and proof of purchase may be required. Acceptable returns will be credited to the credit card used for purchase. If the card is not present, a gift card or store credit may be issued. Shipping expenses incurred are not refundable. Starter Kits may be returned/exchanged provided all items meet the qualifications as well as the Terms and Conditions of the return policy. Items not eligible for return within a Starter Kit, will be deducted from the refund. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
