Smart Smoke’s warranty obligations for this hardware product are specifically limited to the terms and conditions set forth herein, and said terms may be modified by Smart Smoke at any time without notice.  This Smart Smoke Limited Lifetime Warranty applies ONLY to Vision™ and Insight™ model atomizers, batteries, and chargers, and is limited to manufacturing defects and/or breakage occurring under normal use and conditions. Other problems resulting from actions such as, but not limited to, abuse, neglect, or loss are specifically not covered under any Smart Smoke warranty, expressed or implied. The Smart Smoke Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, which include but not limited to, scratches and/or dents. The Smart Smoke Limited Lifetime Warranty commences following the termination of the original thirty (30) day warranty which is included with the purchase of a warrantied Smart Smoke model. Each purchase of regular-priced SmartNic™ thereafter activates the Smart Smoke Limited Lifetime Warranty for an additional 30 days thereafter if all other conditions or the warranty are met.  Proof of purchase of SmartNic™ for said activation is required.  Proper diagnosis of the covered product must be performed by a Smart Smoke® representative, at their sole discretion, prior to the granting of any warranty replacement. If using Smart Smoke’s mail-in process for a warranty service all shipping charges incurred in returning the product to the warranty facility shall be the responsibility of the customer. International customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred to and from our warranty facility. The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable to any other party for any reason whatsoever. Proof of purchase may be required to establish original purchase status.  All warranty replacements are conditioned upon the availability of parts and products at such time.  While Smart Smoke does not specifically limit the number of warranty replacements that will be allowed under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, in the event excessive warranty replacements are evidenced by any customer, Smart Smoke, at its sole option, reserves the right to enforce a maximum number of warranty replacements that will be honored per bottle of SmartNic™ purchased or void warranty all together for continued abuse.

Any actual or suspected damage caused by use of non Smart Smoke products shall void any and all warranties, expressed or implied, set out by Smart Smoke, Inc. Opening any hardware product shall void all warranties, as opening the hardware product may cause damage to the product. Damage to the product arising from the failure to follow the operating instructions relating to the product’s use, improper use of the product, or to damage caused by operating the product for other than its intended use shall void the warranty. All warranties expressed or implied shall be void if the Smart Smoke brand logo or name has been removed or defaced.

Smart Smoke, Inc. does not warrant the uninterrupted or error-free operation of our product(s). Smart Smoke distributors, representatives, and employees are not authorized to make modifications, extensions, or additions to this warranty.  In the event any term or provision of this warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired. These written terms and conditions of the Smart Smoke Limited Lifetime Warranty shall supersede all prior warranties offered or provided by Smart Smoke.  By purchasing any Smart Smoke product through a retail location, online, or over the phone you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
